Senior Project Manager (m/w) Business Development E-Commerce


As a Senior Project Manager you will have the unique opportunity to help building up Spreadshirt’s Business Planning Team and lead company-wide projects. Playing a key role in helping shape the direction of Spreadshirt on numerous business initiatives, you will act as a change agent, systematically driving continuous improvement and change throughout the business, setting the pace of change to grow the business and make it more efficient.

This role contributes to the overall strategy and manages complex issues within functional areas of expertise.


Your tasks
Discover Business Cases for all areas of the company
Lead large-scale company-wide projects on global level
Manage multiple work streams and often multiple location projects successfully with involvement across all phases of the project (i.e., from scoping to progress monitoring to deliverables)
Resolve issues effectively and subsequently deliver projects on time and on budget, ensuring that all worked performed during the project aligns with Spreadshirt’s strategy
Possess strong communication skills, including ability to successfully navigate the balance between the different stakeholders (incl. Senior Executives) and their requirements

Your profile
At least 4 years of experience leading strategic projects in the digital area, including managing cross-functional, cross-border, multi-layered teams
Experience with the definition of E-Commerce Business Cases
Proven analytical and conceptual skills, combined with outstanding structuring abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated leadership ability and senior stakeholder management skills including intercultural sensitivity
Experience in working with international teams
Proficient knowledge of English and German language
Degree in Business administration, Marketing, Economics, Sociology or related subject
